Meditations

We offer twice monthly guided meditations open to employees across the globe, allowing employees to spend focused time on breathwork, mental clarity and the mind-body connection.

Yoga

We offer a variety of instructor-led, virtual yoga sessions that are open to all employees of all experience levels. These gentle flow classes are offered at convenient times for our global locations, providing opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation of the mind and body.

Stretching

We offer ergonomic stretching sessions geared toward easy, simple and effective stretches we can do at our desks to combat the stiffness and soreness of the seated position. These stretches can be easily and regularly incorporated into your daily routine.

Mental Health
