Duck Creek’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Employee Resource Group
This group represents the AAPI Duck community and allies. We want to celebrate different cultures, learn from each other and bring diversity together as an AAPI community.
Black Employee Resource Group
Supports Duck Creek’s commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, community and leadership opportunities with a focus on advancing, retaining and recruiting Black talent.
Emerging Leaders Resource Group
Emphasizes the importance of nurturing a growth mindset, learning from experiences and one another, and building bridges across different generations to achieve a sense of community by encouraging professional growth.
Hispanic Employee Resource Group (VOLAR)
“Volar,” meaning “to fly” in Spanish, promotes the cultural diversity and professional development of its members and allies to provide the support that inspires, empowers and equips our Hispanic and Latino workforce to achieve excellence.
PRIDE Employee Resource Group
The PRIDE ERG empowers all LGBTQIA+ colleagues to bring their whole, authentic selves to work and build community in a safe space that fosters respect, awareness, inclusion, belonging and pride. The PRIDE ERG advances and promotes workplace LGTBQIA+ equality through engaging and developing employees, promoting company-wide awareness and making an impact through community outreach and involvement.
Veterans Employee Resource Group
Embraces our proud community of employee veterans who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, career development, outward engagement, professional growth, and retention.
Women’s Resource Group
Fosters a sense of community that promotes the development and engagement of the female workforce while aligning with Duck Creek’s core values and business goals.
Diversity Council
An advisory board that champions and ensures Duck Creek’s commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. The council’s role is part think-tank, part eyes and ears, and part action and holds the company accountable for our DE&I initiatives and mission. The Council is made up of volunteer Ducks and three HR advisors who are passionate about DE&I and represent all locations and departments across the organization.
Employee Experience Council
A group that helps drive and enhance the employee experience, shapes the Duck Creek culture and expands our capability to cultivate an inclusive work environment that fosters a sense of belonging. The council is made up of twenty-three volunteer energetic and resourceful Ducks who are eager to help to build connections and community within Duck Creek to achieve the ideals outlined in Duck Creek’s Core Values, Culture Code and Mission.
