Rob Norris is a Principal Analyst in Celent’s North America property and casualty practice. In this role, he advises CEOs, CIOs, and other senior leaders in the insurance industry about digital strategy, innovation, and technology management.
His background includes 25 years in executive roles at two different P&C insurers, leading IT, corporate strategy, and innovation. In 2017, he founded the insurtech startup Cake, a digital MGA that achieved breakthrough levels of customer satisfaction.
Throughout his career, Norris has won numerous awards for innovation. His work has received extensive press coverage and been the focus of numerous case studies. Norris has a passion for entrepreneurism, with deep experience in strategic planning, product management, and product marketing, having led those functions within the insurance industry as well as for companies in media and technology sectors.
