Brittany Spencer

Brittany Spencer brings her six years of insurance experience and a background in Public Relations, Advertising, and Leadership to her role as the Billing Product Manager at Duck Creek Technologies (DCT). She earned her bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and is P&C licensed. Previously working as an agent on the front lines, she has developed a deep understanding of what CSR’s, agents and insureds require from a billing platform. With over two decades of customer service under her belt, Brittany's passion lies in understanding and delivering what truly matters to the customer. As a key player in Duck Creek’s team, Brittany is excited to steer innovation in the Billing product department.
