Post Office Management Services chooses Duck Creek to Deploy New Digital Experience for Employees and Consumers

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Duck Creek Technologies today announced that Post Office Insurance, a subsidiary of Post Office Limited, the United Kingdom’s largest retail network, has gone live with Duck Creek’s Policy, Billing, and Rating solutions to support the growth and go-to-market strategy of its insurance business. Through this deployment, Post Office Insurance will capitalize on emerging market opportunities with the flexibility, agility, and control afforded by Duck Creek.

Post Office Insurance’s new digital experience is delivered via Duck Creek Anywhere, a modern API-enabled architecture that allows integrated external and third-party systems and functions to interact and transact data safely and securely. This single point of configuration enables delivery of timely, personalized service to its customers ensuring a premium is placed on service.
