The carrier chose Duck Creek as part of an overall strategy to pursue growth, launch new products more quickly, make better use of data for product enhancement and fraud prevention, and reduce expenses.
Country-Wide’s core systems replacement initiative was driven by a number of critical factors. Their existing legacy systems had reached a critical stage of their useable lives, which motivated the carrier to seek a modern suite of solutions built on a platform that can carry them well into the future. Eliminating the maintenance costs associated with outdated systems was also a significant motivator for Country-Wide.
