Sue Lydon has been instrumental in working with Insurance carriers in the Change Management space related to Operational Transformation, Onboarding and Product Go-Lives.

She started the Onboarding practice at Duck Creek with a focus on the SaaS Operating support model. In her role, she works with Duck Creek’s leadership team to create best practices, processes, and approaches to guiding customers and SI teams to successful implementations of Duck Creek’s SaaS solution.
