Paul has held a long and distinguished career in both financial services and European technology including roles at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America. He co-founded the growth equity firm Atlantic Bridge. As the former Executive Chairman North America at Octo Telematics and Senior Adviser at Arma Partners, Paul is a pioneer in the data-driven Insurtech space, having also led the acquisition and integration of UBI assets from Willis Towers Watson. Paul graduated from the Harvard Business School and Georgetown University.
