Michael started his career as a software developer working in the burgeoning PC based insurance software segment. Michael first joined Duck Creek in 2006 working with customer implementations as a Duck Field Engineer.

He left Duck Creek for a few years, working for a couple of Insurance Carrier IT teams doing Duck Creek implementations. When he rejoined the Duck Creek family in 2012, he worked as the Technical PreSales Lead, until in 2014 taking the role as Product Manager overseeing Duck Creek’s Suite, Platform and Tools.
