Prior to Capgemini, Matt was AIG’s CIO for Property and Specialty and later became CIO of Accident and Health. While leading A&H, Matt defined and executed against a multi-year digital strategy to modernize distribution capabilities across the globe with a focus on digital.

Matt specializes in casting multi-year strategies that transform businesses while reducing technology debt and delivering early business value.
