Marina McMains is the Claims Project Consultant at Farm Bureau Financial Services. In her current role, she serves as the Product Owner of Duck Creek Claims at Farm Bureau and acts as a subject matter expert and liaison between IT and Claims leadership on all Claims initiatives. Her current responsibilities include agile process management, project coordination and data analysis. She serves as a board member for the Iowa CPCU Chapter and a fellow in the Des Moines Fellowship program. Marina has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years with the last 3 years at Farm Bureau. Marina’s focus has been creating process efficiencies and enhancing the adjuster and insured experience through system solutions. Marina completed her undergraduate education at the University of Iowa and received her Master of Business Administration from Drake University. She has obtained the CPCU and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt designations.
