Lisa Kneeskern is the Claims Administration Director at Farm Bureau Financial Services. Her current responsibilities include managing Claims Medical, Subrogation and Claims Processing departments. She is also responsible for project coordination, the claim systems, Medicare reporting, claims data management and claims reporting. She served as the key business lead responsible for the implementation of Duck Creek Claims and remains the Project Sponsor communicating the future direction of the business. She is a member of Duck Creek Technology’s Customer Advisory Board.
Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for 30 plus years with the last 27 years at Farm Bureau. Lisa’s focus has been improving processes and procedures for property and casualty claim handling. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa. She has obtained the CPCU, SCLA, AIM and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt designations.
