Katriona MacIver is a Vice President of Strategy and Operations, Ceded Reinsurance at QBE. In this role, Katriona is focused both on driving strategy as well as delivering operational improvements and reducing risk in the ceded reinsurance space.

Katriona has led multiple Transformation and legacy Modernization programs, including the implementation of Duck Creek XL into QBE’s captive reinsurer, Equator Re.

Previously, Katriona held internal consulting roles in UBS, Credit Suisse and American Express. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and is based between New York and Miami.
