Jim Welch, CPCU is a Business Architect with the Product Management organization. Jim has over 27 years of hands on experience in the insurance & financial services industry, the past 14 years leading and delivering on all aspects of the project life cycle stages for Duck Creek Insurance solutions. Jim has experience successfully delivering new products and enhancements to market for Duck Creek and implementing the Duck Creek Duck Creek Commercial Lines Templates and Specialty lines of business.

Prior to joining Duck Creek Technologies, Jim worked as a Client Representative/Consultant, System Liaison, Claims Coordinator, Insurance Agent, and Pension Administrator. Jim is also a licensed all lines of personal and commercial insurance.
