Carrie is a Senior Product Manager of the Duck Creek Claims product. She is responsible for defining the R&D initiatives for the Claims product and understanding customers’ priorities and expectations.

Carrie has spent over 20 years in the insurance industry, beginning at Marsh & McLennan in Risk Management Information Systems. While at Marsh & McLennan, Carrie not only was the Claims Product Owner, she also ran the Claims User Group which nourished her passion for the voice of the customer and user experience.
