Competency Levels & Requirements
Golden Learner Competency
Achieved when 90% of a partner’s core team maintains an active Duck Creek certification.
Collective certification exam scores must average between 90% and 94%.
Recognizes a strong commitment to product knowledge and continuous improvement.
Platinum Learner Competency
Awarded when 90% of a partner’s core team maintains an active Duck Creek certification.
Certification exam scores must average 95% or higher.
Represents the highest level of educational achievement and commitment to excellence.
