As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Rajesh is a key member of Duck Creek’s Executive Leadership Team, shaping and executing a global technology strategy that positions Duck Creek for long-term success.
Rajesh Raheja is a seasoned technology leader with more than 25 years of experience driving innovation and scaling enterprise software organizations. Throughout his career, Rajesh has led global teams to deliver market-leading platforms across cloud, AI/ML, and integration ecosystems. He holds eight U.S. patents.
Before joining Duck Creek, Rajesh served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise’s Private Cloud and AI software business. Here he unified five global organizations under a NorthStar platform strategy and launched a new virtualization solution for high-security and regulated industries. Previously, as Chief Engineering Officer and Senior Vice President at Boomi, he scaled global R&D threefold. He introduced AI innovation, and elevated platform reliability and security to industry-best levels—fueling growth and sustaining a nine-year leadership position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant following a $4B carve-out from Dell.
Earlier in his career, Rajesh held senior leadership roles at Broadcom (CA Technologies) and Oracle. Here he modernized API management with award-winning DevOps and AI/ML capabilities, architected a market-leading iPaaS solution, and accelerated development of public cloud services for the integration division.
Rajesh is widely recognized for his thought leadership in hybrid cloud, AI, integration, and API ecosystems. He is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and building high-performing, collaborative cultures. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), University of Mumbai, and holds multiple professional certifications.
