FRISS Integration (Claims)

Overview

FRISS is the leading provider of Trust Automation for P&C insurers. Real-time, data-driven scores and insights give instant confidence and understanding of the inherent risks of all customers and interactions. An Anywhere Enabled FRISS integration seamlessly adds FRISS’ fraud prediction to workflows in Duck Creek Claims.  Using the FRISS Score, a carrier can incorporate a standardized score to detect and rank claims fraud.

FRISS gives Duck Creek customers the ability to lower their loss ratios, power profitable growth and improve customer experiences.

This integration kit includes a solution file with source code containing the Claims custom extensions and SQL scripts to send data to FRISS and receive updates from FRISS when the success indicator is set.
