CAPE Analytics Location Service

Overview

The Cape Analytics integration package allows a homeowners insurance company to instantly retrieve property information during the underwriting and rating decision process.  Cape Analytics uses the latest geospatial imagery technology to provide its users with information on a building’s roof - including type, materials and condition, alongside with pool and tree coverage.  Through the integration, this information is prefilled directly into Duck Creek Policy with a satellite photo provided by  Cape Analytics.  The added information helps to minimizing post-binding adjustments and cancelations - ultimately saving time and money.

The integration package includes the following files:  Cape Analytics Integration Manuscripts, C# Code and a sample XML file.

Cape Analytics combined with Duck Creek Policy and Rating leads to more accurate underwriting and rating decisions at the time of quote.
