Barbara Stacer is an Assistant Vice President and Continuous Improvement Director at Utica National Insurance where she leads the execution of initiatives strategic to the CL Business segment and provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. Barbara was named an Emerging Leader in the Insurance Industry by the American Property & Casualty Insurance Association in 2020. Barbara holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Keuka College and obtained a certificate in Innovation Strategy at Cornell in August 2020.
