With the Ontellus AEI for Duck Creek Claims, adjusters will be able to securely initiate record requests, saving time as claim information auto-populates, eliminating the need to retype claimant information. In addition, insurers can track all details related to medical records and view status updates and notifications as well as securely receive completed medical records which are automatically uploaded to Duck Creek Claims.
