Cytora Integration

Overview

Cytora enhances the Duck Creek quoting process by providing additional rating factors during the underwriting of a policy. It accelerates the quoting process by enabling a bind, decline or refer workflow dependent on property attributes gathered using Cytora’s APIs.

As an integrated API, Cytora returns property attributes set by the carrier--such as crime data, property usage, fire risk, etc. to determine the workflow of a policy--triaging risks that need further investigation or which can be passed quickly through to bind.

Cytora’s mission is to make insurance programmable. Cytora aims to provide insurers with the building blocks they need to deliver efficient, accurate underwriting and seamless customer experiences. By integrating their API’s into the Duck Creek workflow, Cytora can improve the quality of risk selection and pricing decisions.
