Modern claims system enables global transportation provider to improve claims management and enhance the customer experience
COLUMBIA, S.C.; Nov. 1, 2016 –UniGroup is now managing its worldwide claims operations using Duck Creek Technologies’ claims software. The global relocation and logistics solutions provider is utilizing the modern claims platform to automate and streamline processes that will increase efficiencies around its cargo loss reporting within several businesses including United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, UniGroup Logistics and UniGroup Worldwide.
Duck Creek Claims will enable UniGroup’s employees and agents to administer and process claims reporting via an online system, facilitating rapid responses to inquiries and reducing claim-handling time for the residential and corporate customers they serve around the globe.
