Duck Creek Technologies (Boston) has announced that IBM (Armonk, N.Y.) has joined its partnership ecosystem program, giving Duck Creek customers access to IBM’s consulting and technology services worldwide. Through IBM’s solutions insurers will also be better able to harness the power of data from Duck Creek to help transform customer service, improve efficiency, and more deeply understand their customers, according to the vendor.
