Duck Creek Technologies Unveils Original Content – “The Future Playbook” Helps P&C Insurers Execute on Transformative Digital Strategies

BOSTON, May 16, 2017 – Insurance industry core systems provider Duck Creek Technologies recently released “The Future Playbook,” the company’s view of the most pressing factors impacting property and casualty insurers today, and the opportunities and threats these factors present. The guide is accompanied by an industry survey titled “The Future Diagnostic,” designed to help insurers determine:

  • How future-ready their organization is
  • How well they can deliver on speed
  • What imperatives they should focus on
  • How they stack up against their peers

The “Future Diagnostic” will remain open until August 1, 2017.

Originally presented as a 46-page booklet to attendees of FORMATION17, Duck Creek’s recent user conference, “The Future Playbook” now is available online. It is intended to inform insurers’ discussions—both internally and with technology partners—on such topics as:

  • Emerging technologies
  • Changing social, demographic and regulatory trends
  • The evolution of risk and complexity
  • Customers’ and agents’ increasingly sophisticated expectations for user experiences
