Modern platform to accelerate new product deployment, automate underwriting workflows and improve self-service capabilities for customers and agencies
COLUMBIA, S.C.; Dec. 13, 2016 – Auto-Owners Insurance has selected Duck Creek Technologies’ policy software to replace its four legacy-based systems with one technology platform that supports all lines of business. The Fortune 500 company plans to use Duck Creek Policy to realize new revenue opportunities, increase operational efficiencies and improve communications and interactions between its associates, customers and the independent agency partners writing policies in 26 states.
In addition to managing the entire policy lifecycle from quote to bind to issue, Auto-Owners will also begin utilizing Duck Creek Templates, pre-configured ISO and NCCI product content and forms, to accelerate their implementation. The Templates are available as a complement to Duck Creek’s comprehensive policy platform.

- Improve efficiencies throughout the quoting and binding process by automating and streamlining workflows and centralizing the management of account-related information.
