Ethan leads the UX design practice within Duck Creek, overseeing our UX design, discovery and delivery projects as well as our Duck Creek Design System team.

This includes addressing the needs of our users through persona-based experiences and driving adoption of our Design System. Ethan has managed and led UX teams for several market-leading enterprise software product portfolios over the last 15 years. Prior to that he worked as a UX consultant for multiple digital consultancies.
