UK Modern Slavery Act Statement 2015

Fiscal Year 2026: 1 September 2025 through 31 August 2026

Duck Creek Technologies Limited and its affiliated companies (“Duck Creek”) are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and applies to our financial year ending 31 August 2026.

Our Business and Supply Chain
Duck Creek is a global technology company with a workforce primarily made up of skilled professionals. Our supply chain includes technology providers, professional services firms, and other business partners. While the risk in our direct operations is low, we have attempted to address potential risks within our procurement operations.

Our Policies and Controls
Our Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy and other applicable internal policies set clear expectations for ethical behavior. All employees must comply with these standards. We also maintain whistleblowing and anti-retaliation policies to support reporting of these concerns.

We require suppliers to comply with applicable laws and to operate consistently with the Act. Contractual and onboarding terms reinforce these expectations.

Risk Management and Due Diligence
We assess and monitor supply chain risks and take steps to address higher-risk areas. This includes supplier evaluations and ongoing review of our processes.

Training and Effectiveness
We provide training to employees on ethical standards and modern slavery risks. We monitor effectiveness through supplier compliance and periodic review of our policies and procedures.

This statement was approved by the Duck Creek Board of Directors on 26 May 2026 and is reviewed annually.
