How did you start your career?
I started my career in the Business Operations Leadership Development Program at EMC in Hopkinton, MA. Upon joining the company, the merger with Dell was announced, leading to a lot of cool opportunities within the newly formed Dell Technologies. I held three jobs in three years as part of the rotational program, in various parts of the Global Business Operations function including Professional Services, Global Pricing and Financial Services, and Enterprise Sales Strategy and Planning. After graduation, I joined the Transformational License Agreements team.
What made you join Duck Creek?
The people! I am surrounded by a great team.
Most fulfilling part of your job?
The most fulfilling part of my job today is working with my cross-functional partners to solve problems that will directly impact our sales directors.
Favorite memory at DCT?
My favorite memory at DCT is the winter outing in Bolivar, MO. We played 3 rounds of laser tag and a lot of skee-ball.
What do you look for in a future employee?
I am looking for someone with a great attitude who is ready to get their hands dirty. Our day-to-day in Go-To-Market Operations is always changing, and the ability to collaborate with diverse team members is key.
