Jonathan Silverman

Jonathan Silverman is a Director in Microsoft’s US Financial Services Industry Group focused on Insurance industry solutions related to Core System Modernization, Data Analytics and the Internet of Things. He has 25+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry with a strong background in Insurance, Risk, ERP, Data Strategy, Solution Selling, and Strategic Consulting. Prior to Microsoft, he serviced the Financial Services Industry with roles in Sales, Management and Consulting with Cap Gemini, Ernst and Young, and Wipro, as well as a few Financial Services, based start-ups. In his current role, Jonathan works closely with Core System providers to establish a public cloud strategy related to improving the overall Claims and Underwriting process, meeting regulatory requirements and helping customers improve efficiencies by demonstrating the value of having a flexible, agile environment using Cloud services. He also works closely with customers to evaluate and enhance data strategies and solutions using Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics to enhance the workloads associated with Core Systems.
