A. We are working to confirm a date in the first half of December 2020 and will communicate the new date ASAP.
Q. Where will Formation ’20 be held?
A. It will be held at the same location, Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.
Q. What happens to my existing registration?
A. All Formation registrations will be transferred and valid for the new dates in December 2020.
Q. What are the registration costs likely to be for Formation 20 in December?
A. As we intend to honor the early-bird registration fees that our customers already secured, the registration fees for the December event will remain at the current rate of $1295.
Q. What if I can’t make the new dates?
A. You can request a refund by emailing Terry Chauncey by July 31, 2020. A confirmation email and refund receipt will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours but will take 5-7 days to post to your credit card.
Q. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
A. Hotel reservations made through the Rosen Shingle Creek system using the Duck Creek group code will be canceled. At this time attendees have not been charged the associated deposits for those reservations.
IMPORTANT: If you booked a hotel reservation outside of the Passkey system or added additional room nights, you will need to cancel and confirm the refund status on any deposits paid by contacting the hotel directly.
Q. Will the format of the event be the same?
A. Yes, we plan to keep the same format.
Q. Will you have the same speakers?
A. We hope to! Many of our confirmed speakers have graciously agreed to still speak in December. We also expect to expand the line-up of speakers and content.
Q. Will there be a Formation ’21?
A. We are still in the planning phase, but we will not hold spring Formation 2021. Once we have more clarity on those dates, we will share it with you.
