The Spixii intelligent chatbots bring empathy which is critical in dealing with sensitive claims.
As an integrated offering, Spixii claims solution communicate in both directions with Duck Creek Claims to allow the capture, update and resolution of claims for all lines of businesses such as property and motor as examples. Standard validations rules are in-built within the Spixii conversational process platform to make the final user experience more pleasant and quick, and advanced business rules can be incorporated directly in the Duck Creek Claims workflows.
With this package, policyholders have the opportunity to submit property first notice of losses in their own time via the Spixii claims solution that will feed into Duck Creek Claims.
