Spixii Conversational Process Automation (Claims)


Spixii Claims solution enhances the Duck Creek Claims by capturing and validating loss information through automated conversations provided by the Spixii intelligent chatbots. This integration accelerates the access to the new standard of straight-through processing for simple claims as well as creating a robust and scalable digital channel for claimants enquiring on complex claims. The Spixii intelligent chatbots bring empathy which is critical in dealing with sensitive claims. 

As an integrated offering, Spixii claims solution communicate in both directions with Duck Creek Claims to allow the capture, update and resolution of claims for all lines of businesses such as property and motor as examples. Standard validations rules are in-built within the Spixii conversational process platform to make the final user experience more pleasant and quick, and advanced business rules can be incorporated directly in the Duck Creek Claims workflows.

With this package, policyholders have the opportunity to submit property first notice of losses in their own time via the Spixii claims solution that will feed into Duck Creek Claims.

Installing the Package

After you are granted access to the Content Exchange packages you requested, use the Content Exchange Package Utility to install the package. This utility can be run on the server or on your local machine.

To install a package:

  1. Download and install version 3.5.0 of the Content Exchange Package Utility
  2. Once installed, open the utility and use it to install or unzip your downloaded packages. Learn more about using this utility.
    Some packages are completely installed by the Content Exchange Package Utility while others still require some manual steps. The documentation provided with each package includes any manual steps required to successfully install that package.
