This integration provides upload bridging capabilities from Agency Management Systems, prefilling data into a Carrier’s quoting portal.
This integration takes ACORD XML from Hawksoft, transforms into standardized XML, and applies Duck Creek normalizations needed to prefill data into Duck Creek Producer and Agency Portal. The integration response contains data corrections and a transformation back to the original data format.
This direct integration provides out of the box workflow for Agencies to submit quotes directly from Hawksoft. Data normalization and validation helps improve data quality and enhances your Agent offerings to better support quoting. This integration currently supports Homeowners and Personal Auto.
