Customer Configuration Stored Procedures

Overview

This is a set of stored procedures to help developers produce SQL to update / insert / delete configuration data using a more repeatable process and properly accounting for the high availability standards.  

These can be used in both the Claims and Party configuration databases.

The following tools and packages are required for correct implementation of the package.

To use this package, you must also have Duck Creek Claims v11.0.x.

Installing the Package

Downloading Content Exchange Packages

To gain access to Content Exchange packages, you must first submit a request. There are two ways to submit a request:

  • From the Content Exchange home page, you can select one-to-many check boxes to select a single or multiple packages. Requests for multiple packages can only be made from the Content Exchange home page.
  • From the package documentation page, which can be accessed by clicking the View Documentation link in the package row or by searching for the package, you can select the individual package. 

To request Content Exchange packages:

  1. Once you have selected the desired package(s), in the site header, click Preview Selected Package(s), and then click Confirm Request.
  2. Read the agreement, complete all required fields, and click Submit Download Request.

Installing Content Exchange Packages

After you are granted access to the Content Exchange packages you requested, use the Content Exchange Package Utility to install the package. This utility can be run on the server or on your local machine.

To install a package:

  1. Download and install version 3.5.0 of the Content Exchange Package Utility
  2. Once installed, open the utility and use it to install or unzip your downloaded packages. Learn more about using this utility.
    Some packages are completely installed by the Content Exchange Package Utility while others still require some manual steps. The documentation provided with each package includes any manual steps required to successfully install that package.
