Overview

This integration retrieves flood zone determination that satisfies National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) requirements, along with other flood data elements from the CoreLogic RiskMeter Flood Risk product, including flood score elevation data, flood zone data, and aerial and satellite photos to help improve data quality and enhance your underwriting capabilities to better evaluate and price property policies. Available for both commercial property business and residential homes.

This direct integration with CoreLogic provides out the box workflow to obtain flood zone data for an entered address and longitude/latitude coordinates to evaluate a property's risk. Optional downloadable data and aerial and satellite photos are available, as well as a map to visualize flood zones near the property.
