Avolanta Partners With Duck Creek Technologies, Offering Customer Service Tools to Help Carriers Drive Revenue

COLUMBIA, S.C., August 31, 2021 (Newswire.com) – Avolanta announced today that it has partnered with Duck Creek Technologies (Nasdaq: DCT), a leading provider of SaaS insurance core systems, to offer insurance carriers the option to provide a proactive approach to customer service leveraging Avolanta’s customer engagement platform. Duck Creek Claims is a comprehensive claims management solution that helps insurers manage the entire claims lifecycle – from first notice of loss to settlement – in a single integrated solution. Together, Duck Creek Claims and the newly-released Avolanta Interact Claims Notifications package available on Duck Creek’s Content Exchange provide insurers the ability to send emails and SMS notifications for common claims events such as the completion of a first notice of loss report and claim payments. The notifications are based on Avolanta communication templates that blend static text with dynamic data such as claim #, claimant name, etc. from Duck Creek Claims. Templates can be customized to match the needs of each customer.
