Caleen has 30+ years of experience in insurance automation and is the UX Research Lead at Duck Creek Technologies.

She and her team focus on creating intuitive patterns and workflow solutions through research and testing to meet the needs of configurators and end users across the company’s suite of products. When not helping to improve digital insurance solutions, Caleen enjoys beekeeping, gardening, and fishing.
