Brian Williams is the co-founder and CEO of Indigo Insurance Ltd., a disruptive start-up P&C digital insurer based in the Caribbean region. Not an insurance technician or a software engineer, Brian’s interest in digitizing personal lines insurance developed in 2010 when he was asked to lead the transformation of a regulator-controlled P&C insurer. Within nine months, that insurer became the first paperless in the Caribbean. Having co-developed a flood score model for the Cayman Islands and utilizing drones for high-resolution inspections, Brian experienced firsthand the gaps in publicly available data for pricing home insurance premiums. Indigo Insurance is heavily focused on data capture to price individual risks in pursuit of a digitized customer journey.

Brian graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Finance. Husband to Michaella and father of 3 boys, Brian knows the value of time.
