Amy Bayer is the Global Director of DE&I, Engagment and Culture at Duck Creek. Amy works to ensure that a diverse collection of people, voices, and perspectives are represented, respected, empowered, and able to thrive at Duck Creek.

Amy has over 17 years of Human Resources experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources & Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.
