Overview

This integration retrieves claims history for an individual or previous losses at the same location via LexisNexis services.

This direct integration with LexisNexis provides out the box workflow to retrieve loss history for name, location, policy number, or driver, policy effective date, and line of business. A configurable button is provided with this integration to retrieve, view, and add loss history records. Utilizing this integration enhances the underwriting and pricing of your commercial policies.

This integration is only available with Duck Creek Policy OnDemand.
