Overview
This integration returns police report details and files for accidents, autopsies, and coroner reports when sending authority name and report number.
This direct integration with LexisNexis provides out the box workflow to provide the ability to retrieve police record reports during the FNOL workflow. Police reports are returned and attached to a claim and the end of the FNOL process, and a task is created to notify the claim handler to review the police report. Batch processing is also available if a police report is not available at the time of the request. Utilizing this integration provides a more streamlined process for your claims users.
