Hyland OnBase Document Management (Billing)

Overview

Hyland OnBase is a full-featured enterprise information management platform. The OnBase Billing integration replaces the native document storage and retrieval functionality of Duck Creek Billing with a bi-directional integration to the OnBase document management system. The OnBase Billing integration stores all the documents generated in Duck Creek Billing into the OnBase system and allows the user to download and view those documents directly from Duck Creek Billing.

 

This integration is only available with Duck Creek Billing OnDemand.
