Hi Marley SMS Messaging (Claims)

Overview

Hi Marley is the intelligent communication platform for the insurance industry. Built by people who know and love insurance, the platform enables hassle-free texting across the entire ecosystem, empowering insurance professionals and delighting policyholders. Hi Marley’s industry leading analytics deliver novel insights that fuel continuous improvement. The solution is built for the enterprise – fast to deploy, easy to use and seamlessly integrates with other core systems. Hi Marley is empowering the world’s leading insurance carriers to reinvent the customer and employee experience.

This integration adds the ability to create a Hi Marley Case directly from Duck Creek Claims and keep the Hi Marley case in sync with the Duck Creek Claim record. When a Claimant “opts in” to receive texts in the Hi Marley system, the “opt Status” field on the Participant Details page in Duck Creek Claims will be updated. There will be a direct link to the Hi Marley conversation on the Participant Page in Duck Creek Claims upon case creation. When the Claim is closed in Duck Creek Claims, the Hi Marley Case will also be closed in Hi Marley’s system and Hi Marley will send a transcript of the Hi Marley conversation to Duck Creek Claims as a File Note attachment to the Claim.
