Hi Marley SMS Messaging (Claims)

Overview

Hi Marley is the first intelligent conversational platform built for P&C insurance. It enables carriers to quickly and easily communicate via text with customers and partners in the insurance ecosystem to deliver a customer experience like never before. Hi Marley is built with insurance-specific functionality and intelligence and is architected to scale with carriers of any size. The platform requires no integration to get started and has flexible APIs for integration.

The Hi Marley Insurance Cloud integration with Duck Creek Claims enhances communication and information sharing between adjusters and policyholders. Duck Creek users are enabled with an integrated experience, secure compliance measures and increased workflow efficiencies by tapping into the capabilities of our intelligent conversational platform.

Our accelerator allows adjusters on the Duck Creek Claims platform to:

·       Initiate text contact and create Hi Marley cases by lines of business or brands

·       Capture SMS opt-in/opt-out status for TCPA compliance

·       Control claim assignment and reassignment

·       Utilize scheduled messages to optimize workflows

·       Save conversation transcripts and media files through file notes

·       Manage secondary operators for claim collaboration

·       Access the Hi Marley web app with a single click for analytics and more

·       Record Hi Marley messages and case status updates in real-time 

·       Sync closure of the claim and conversation with simple configuration

Installing the Package

After you are granted access to the Content Exchange packages you requested, use the Content Exchange Package Utility to install the package. This utility can be run on the server or on your local machine.

To install a package:

  1. Download and install version 3.5.0 of the Content Exchange Package Utility
  2. Once installed, open the utility and use it to install or unzip your downloaded packages. Learn more about using this utility.
    Some packages are completely installed by the Content Exchange Package Utility while others still require some manual steps. The documentation provided with each package includes any manual steps required to successfully install that package.
