Service Delivery 3
Feature Release 26.09

Less manual work. More control.

This release takes the manual steps out of everyday insurance work and puts governance around everything it automates. CI/CD pipelines trigger their own deployments. Claim files summarize themselves, with citations back to the source. Aggregate limits are checked before a payment saves. Analysts ask questions in plain English and get governed answers. Every one of them is opt-in, auditable, and available without re-platforming.

Loss Control RiskHub Experience brings account management, dashboards, e-surveys, self-service channels, CRM and structured risk data into one platform. It reduces administrative work for consultants while making loss control information more accessible and useful to underwriting teams.

Reserve Archiving moves historical retro and ceded reserves into archive tables using a configurable cut-off date, while preserving reporting continuity in Clarity. This keeps calculations focused on active data, improving performance while allowing archived reserves to be restored when required.

Claims Document Intelligence uses Duck Creek Intelligence to read claim documents and file notes, producing structured summaries with citations back to the source. It helps handlers find important information faster, reduce manual review and lower the risk of missed details.

Claims Aggregate Limits automatically tracks limits as payments, receipts and other transactions are processed across coverage and policy levels. Claims warns handlers before a transaction would exceed a limit, helping prevent overpayment and reduce reliance on spreadsheets.

The Claims Handler Dashboard provides an optional Claims Desktop homepage that brings together tasks, file notes, open claims, resources and news. By giving adjusters one place to organise their day, it reduces context switching and supports faster claim progression.

Billing with Active Delivery adds modern NaaS email delivery, Agency Bill allocation review and unreconciliation, plus APIs for payment returns and transaction reconciliation. These capabilities give billing teams more reliable communication and greater control over payment corrections and reconciliation.

Policy with Active Delivery adds Auth0-based OAuth 2.0 authentication for Policy Server requests and NaaS email delivery for application-generated messages. Existing request formats can be preserved, giving integrations modern authentication options without unnecessary disruption.

API for Custom Deployment enables DevOps teams to trigger Duck Creek OnDemand deployments directly from CI/CD pipelines using a secure REST API. Deployment status, logs and audit history are retained in OnDemand, removing manual steps and reducing deployment delays and errors.

Monitoring and Observability gives DevOps and IT teams real-time visibility into critical Policy services, including response times, errors, request volumes and HTTP status codes. This helps teams identify issues earlier, respond faster and reduce customer-impacting incidents.
