One Inc. ClaimsPay Accelerator (Claims)

Overview

One Inc is the leading payments network modernizing the insurance industry through a unified and frictionless payments experience.  Focused only on the insurance industry, One Inc helps carriers transform their operations by reducing costs, increasing security, and optimizing the customer experience.

This Anywhere Enabled One Inc integration allows claims adjusters using Duck Creek Claims a new range of payment types, including Customer Pickup, Direct Deposit, Debit Card and Virtual Card.  These capabilities allow carriers to offer their customers a wide range of payment options to pay customers when, where and how they want to be paid.

This integration kit includes a solution file with source code containing the Claims custom extensions and SQL scripts to send data to ClaimsPay and view the current status of payment directly from Duck Creek Claims.

The following tools and packages are required for correct implementation of the package.

Tools Needed to Complete the Package Installation

The following tools are needed to complete the package installation:

  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2017
  • Duck Creek Claims 2021 April Release
  • SQL Server Management Studio (or another SQL Client)

Dependencies

To use this package, you must also have an InsurPay (One Inc.) subscription and credentials.

Installing the Package

After you are granted access to the Content Exchange packages you requested, use the Content Exchange Package Utility to install the package. This utility can be run on the server or on your local machine.

To install a package:

  1. Download and install version 3.5.0 of the Content Exchange Package Utility
  2. Once installed, open the utility and use it to install or unzip your downloaded packages. Learn more about using this utility.
    Some packages are completely installed by the Content Exchange Package Utility while others still require some manual steps. The documentation provided with each package includes any manual steps required to successfully install that package.
