Safekeep Integration (Claims)

Overview

Safekeep leverages machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), Entity Resolution, blockchain, and rules-based automation to significantly increase the identification of subrogable files by carriers, which translates into increased dollar recoveries to the bottom line and decreased human effort in claims handling.

The Safekeep Recovery & Subrogation integration with Duck Creek Claims give insurers the ability to detect and score subrogation opportunities, as well as streamline the subrogation referral and investigation processes as early as First Notice of Loss. By providing subrogation scores directly in Duck Creek, insurers can improve claims handlers’ efficiency and capacity, all while enhancing subrogation referral quality.
