SPLICE Automated Text Integration (Policy, Billing)

Overview

SPLICE Software is in the business of driving real conversations between insurance carriers and their policyholders.  Using calls, texts, chat, email, and even voice-first technology, SPLICE enables insurers to inform policyholders across their entire journey, ensuring that your policyholders are engaged, happy and committed.

This out-of-the-box integration with SPLICE includes configuration tools that can be added to an existing insurance product in Duck Creek Policy and then leveraged to send automated texts to policyholders whenever a bill is due.  An example application would be “pay by text” billing option, where SPLICE can contact a policyholder with a SMS text that includes a link to the carrier’s portal where the policyholder can then initiate payment in Duck Creek Billing.
