Overview

This integration retrieves distance to coast from RiskMeter for commercial property businesses and personal residences. RiskMeter service displays distance between each risk address and the nearest ocean, gulf, or other major body of water.

This direct integration with CoreLogic provides out the box workflow to obtain distance to shore data for an entered address and longitude/latitude coordinates to help improve data quality and enhance your underwriting capabilities to better evaluate and price property policies. Optional downloadable data and aerial and satellite photos are available, as well as a map to show the property's proximity to the shore.

This integration is only available with Duck Creek Policy OnDemand.
