Betterview PropertyAction Building Insight (Policy)

Overview

The Betterview PropertyAction Anywhere Enabled Integration for Duck Creek Policy provides insurers with aerial imagery, computer vision detections, and predictive analytics which provide a holistic and actionable view of real property risk, for commercial and residential properties in the United States, Canada, and Japan.

These property intelligence and risk management solutions from Betterview, when pulled into Duck Creek Policy, empower insurers to predict and prevent losses, increase inspections and underwriting efficiency, and build a more positive customer experience.

Predictive analytics and workflow tools housed on the Betterview platform include:

  • 100-point Roof Spotlight Index, showing a transparent and actionable view of real roof condition.
  • Wildfire and Hurricane Risk Insights, including both regional hazard data and property-specific vulnerability scores.
  • Historical imagery allowing insurers to see changes in property condition over time.
  • Customizable flagging system allowing underwriters to fast track solid risks, and drill in on properties that need more attention.
