Overview

This integration replaces the built-in document storage function with a bi-directional integration to Hyland OnBase. All documents and attachments are stored to and retrieved from the OnBase system which provides additional document management capabilities like searching and indexing based on document types and content. It allows workflows in OnBase to attach documents to claims, and to trigger tasks to users in claims

This integration is only available with Duck Creek Claims OnDemand.
